nLIGHT, manufacturer of high-power laser diode-based products headquartered in Vancouver, WA, received $17.5 million in fully subscribed Series E financing, bringing the company’s total equity funding to approximately $110 million. nLIGHT will use the investment to expand its Vancouver manufacturing headquarters. The company, which has added more than 100 jobs in the past year, has a current workforce of 230 employees in Vancouver, 68 in Hillsboro, OR, and 150 employees overseas.
