Join Snohomish County Public Utility District in October for informational sessions about the utility’s Solar Express program, which offers a range of incentives and educational support for customers interested in solar energy. The program covers both solar photovoltaic (PV or solar electric) systems and solar hot water systems.  Solar energy is a largely untapped source of renewable energy in Western Washington.
