Airbiquity has hired Yusuf Nahmiyas as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Nahmiyas will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, leading the evaluation of such opportunities, and assisting the growth of the company.
Mr. Nahmiyas has a background in the identification, pursuit, and execution of business initiatives. He has 17-years of investment banking experience in technology, media, and telecom. He has led an extensive array of merger, acquisition, divestiture, joint venture, minority investment, recapitalization, and sale transactions as well as conducting strategic reviews.
