The Washington State Department of Commerce Office of Economic Development and Competitiveness is seeking a Commerce Specialist 3 within the Small Business Export Assistance Unit. This position is responsible for specific tasks within the Clean Technology and Advanced Manufacturing sectors, as well as supporting the Maritime and Forest Products sectors, by developing export marketing and sales opportunities for Washington state small and medium sized businesses. This position performs professional level duties requiring substantive knowledge of a variety of regulations, rules, policies, procedures and processes to support and ensure the division meets critical deadlines and goals.
