New Center for Impact and Innovation Signs Pioneer Square Lease

The Center for Impact and Innovation — a newly-formed joint venture of HUB Seattle, Bainbridge Graduate Institute, and Social Venture Partners — are splitting a 30,000 square-foot building in Pioneer Square that once was the Masin family furniture store.  They are saying the new space will represent one of the “largest concentrations of social entrepreneurs in the country.”
