The Washington State Dept. of Commerce will issue Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 14-66155-10 to administer a revolving loan fund focused on clean energy. The estimated length of the project is from Contract date for a period of 10 years. Approximately $15,000,000 is available for this project. The Request for Qualifications will be issued on or about September 11, 2013. Proposals are due by 4pm, local time, on September 20, 2013 in Commerce’s Seattle, WA offices (address below).
