Halosource announced today the promotion of Lisa Wakida, General Counsel & Secretary, to Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary for the company. Lisa joined HaloSource in September 2011. She is responsible for overseeing all legal and regulatory matters for the company. Prior to joining HaloSource, Lisa worked for both Concur Technologies and RadioFrame Networks. Lisa spent much of her early career with several very well regarded law firms in Seattle and Chicago, including Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom. Lisa received a B.B.A. with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Washington and a J.D. from the University of Chicago.
