Washington Clean Technology Alliance members Salinas Construction and Nyhus Communications were listed in the top 24 Fastest-Growing Minority Businesses in Washington State by the Puget Sound Business Journal. The rankings were based on growth between 2010 and 2012.
Salinas Construction, a civil construction firm specializing in concrete slipform paving, was ranked 16th. Revenue for the period grew over 85 percent with 2011 revenues exceeding $15 million. The company is based in Mukilteo.
Nyhus Communications ranked 24th on the list. Nyhus offers communications and advocacy strategies and services. Revenue grew over 61 percent during the period to more than $4 million. The company is based in Seattle.
