Thom Kroon is a long-time leader with a diverse and impactful career. He is the retired Chairman and CEO of Thomas James International, where he led mergers and acquisitions as well as international operating partnerships. Thom brings a sustainability lens to his work in organizational management, with an emphasis on business development. MBA- educated, and with a strong background in national security, Thom has served as an Adjunct Professor in the MBA program at Seattle Pacific University Teaching Operations and Supply Chain Management.
Thom’s lifetime commitment to the public sector includes over three decades of service for both the US Army and the Navy. He currently serves on ArtsFund’s Board of Trustees as Treasurer. He is also on the Executive Advisory Board of Seattle Pacific University School of Business and Economics, and a member of the Benefactors Circle at the University of Washington and Seattle University’s Presidents Circle. Thom’s extensive business, education, and public service background make him an invaluable member of the Executive Committee.
