CleanTech Alliance is recruiting employer partners for a first-of-its-kind, industry-led career exploration event at Cleveland High School in Seattle this fall.
Washington’s clean tech and energy sector is growing fast — but students often don’t know it exists. Industry surveys consistently find that young people underestimate the breadth, variety, and impact of STEM careers, and that awareness gaps are directly contributing to pipeline shortfalls in high-demand fields. STEM360 is a direct response to that problem.
Designed by Kinetic West and a coalition of Washington’s leading industry associations, STEM360 is a full-day, school-wide career exploration event that brings employers directly into the learning environment — not as a one-off speaker, but as an integrated part of the school day. The goal: give every student a meaningful, memorable introduction to the modern world of STEM work.
