The Prosperity Partnership has devised a plan that will help establish the region as a global leader in clean research, technology, and innovation. The plan proposes a BETI Center (Building Energy-Efficiency Testing and Integration Center and Demonstration Network) that will allow innovators who have successfully developed promising products, applications, designs, and services to test them in real-world settings prior to launching them into the marketplace.
