Greenfab was awarded LEED Platinum certification for green homebuilding and design. This is Washington State’s first ever certified LEED Platinum, modular home. LEED-certified homes complete a technically rigorous process that often includes a home energy rating and inspections to verify that the home is energy and water efficient, environmentally sound, and a healthier place to live.
