Scope 5 Raises $500K

Seattle startup Scope 5 raised $500,000 in angel financing to build its cloud-based service for tracking sustainability data. The Northwest Energy Angels a portion of the funding.  The Scope 5 service helps companies track programs to reduce energy use and cut costs.

“Increasingly, companies are connecting the social value of emissions reductions with the business value of reduced costs,” said Scope 5 CEO Yoram Bernet.
