Seattle developer Goodman Real Estate is making a big bet on a solar thermal power system in downtown Seattle. Goodman believes that the system will be able to help heat a century-old building in the Chinatown/International District. The building is now called the Addison on Fourth, formerly the Downtowner Apartments, at Fourth Avenue South and South Main Street.
