The Washington Climate Collaborative commissioned an independent analysis of Governor Inslee’s carbon cap and trade tax plan to better understand its economic implications. That analysis, conducted by Utah-based Energy Strategies with support from research faculty at the University of Idaho and Washington State University is now available.
