Washington State is accepting grant applications from non-profit lending institutions to help provide loans that will support building energy efficiency and/or renewable energy technologies that currently lack access to capital. Lenders can submit a program proposal for residential lending, commercial lending or both. The grant description is now online for public comment, and we would love to hear from you. Up to $10,000,000 will be awarded per qualified program proposal.
