The Washington State Department of Commerce will accept pre-applications for grants under the Clean Energy Fund Research, Development and Demonstration (RD&D) Match Program beginning January 13, 2017. These grants match federal and other non-state funds for the purpose of researching, developing and demonstrating eligible clean energy technologies.

Phase 1 pre-applications will be accepted beginning January 13 only through the online ZoomGrants portal at https://ZoomGrants.com/gprop.asp?donorid=2142&limited=1283
Deadline for pre-applications is midnight January 31, 2017. Approved projects will qualify to proceed to Phase 2, the comprehensive application. Phase 2 final applications will be due March 31, 2017.
