Aaron Block founded Allumia to create a collective, cohesive approach to making energy conversation and management accessible, accountable and most important, transparent. After graduating college in 2008, Aaron joined Gridpoint – an early SmartGrid technology company – as a utility analyst. After leaving Gridpoint, he co-founded, and led market development at, Skyline Innovations, a solar-as-a-service provider focused on solar water heating. During Aaron’s tenure at Skyline, the company grew to the largest developer of solar water heating projects in the US. Expanding on the knowledge he’d built over the previous five years, Aaron left Skyline to founded Allumia in 2014.
