CR-103 filing to come at the end of December
Commerce will be filing its CR-103 by the end of December. We appreciate all the written and oral comments we received on Dec. 2 and we greatly appreciate everyone’s participation throughout the rulemaking process. We will notify stakeholders of the CR-103 submittal at the time of submission.
