Site Selection magazine reports that WA remains the nation’s 2nd-most “sustainable” state. The top 10 states were, in order were CA, WA, OR, MN, CO, NY, VT, TX, MA, & NM. The top sustainable US Metro Areas were: 1) Bay Area, CA, 2) Portland, OR, 3) LA, 4) Chicago, 5) NYC, 6) San Jose, CA, T7) Phoenix, T7) Austin, 8) DC, T10) Seattle, and T10) Houston.
