Environmental Entrepreneurs have released a study showing the benefits that will come from military investments in biofuels to limit their dependence on petroleum. Meeting the Department of Defense’s aggressive biofuel targets, the study forecasts, will directly generate between $9.6 and $19.8 billion of economic activity and create 14,000-17,000 new jobs by 2020.
