The Washington State Department of Revenue has received a number of requests to extend the Interim Guidance it issued on October 5, 2012 because an updated WAC 458-20-273 (“Rule 273”) will not be adopted in time to apply to system production for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013.
The Department is extending this Interim Guidance to electricity generated by a renewable energy system through June 30, 2013.
