Northwest Energy Angels May Break Investing Record in 2013

The Northwest Energy Angels have invested more than $1.8 million thus far in 2013.  They are on pace to surpass their record 2012.  This year the group has made ten investments.  They include follow on and out-of-state firms.  NWEA is the oldest cleantech angel investing group in the country.

“We continue to be the angel group of choice for cleantech entrepreneurs from far beyond the Pacific Northwest, given our knowledge base, network and success in helping fund and grow great ideas and technologies into great companies,” says Byron McCann, NWEA co-chair.
