Washington State is accepting proposals from nonprofit lending institutions to help provide loans that will support building energy efficiency and/or renewable energy technologies that currently lack access to capital. Lenders may submit a program proposal for residential lending, commercial lending or both. Commerce has $9.7 million available to award as grants to match private capital.
