Dr. John Stark is the Director of the Washington Stormwater Center in Puyallup, Washington. The Stormwater Center was organized by stormwater-minded individuals, businesses, jurisdictions, agencies, and non-profits with the goal to protect Washington’s waters through improvements in stormwater management. The interdisciplinary, cross-sector center is a resource for integrated NPDES education, permit technical assistance, stormwater management and new technology research, development, and evaluation.
