Electrification of Transportation Systems (ETS) Program – Clean Energy Fund

This grant fund is for the continued transformation of the electric transportation market in Washington State. This Program provides grants to Washington local governments and retail electric utilities for charging infrastructure.

The ETS Program will prioritize coordination with external and existing resources from other private and public entities to optimize the development of electric transportation supportive systems in Washington State.

Desired Program outcomes include closing gaps in electric vehicle charging infrastructure, addressing inequities in transitioning to electrified transportation modalities, reducing local vehicle emissions, and assisting local governments with their vehicle electrification goals and requirements. Program outcomes should collectively result in the continued transformation of the transportation electrification market.
