Wednesday deadline for public input on draft rules
Draft rules on the interpretation of use, double counting, and storage under the Clean Energy Transformation Act (CETA) were developed in coordination with the Utilities and Transportation Commission and posted on the Commerce website for public input.
The public comment period for these draft rules closes this week. Please email your comment email to Commerce by 5 p.m. on Feb. 9.
